Embracing the Challenges
of Mobile Learning

Scott McCormick, Co-founder

Float Mobile Learning

Sometimes it seems that mobile changes all the rules of learning. Changes in instructional design, interface design, development tools, learner devices, security – you name it – mobile presents a whole new list of challenges. Scott’s presentation will focus on how these challenges can be seen as a great opportunity to invigorate your learners with mobile deliverables that are useful and sound. Mobile takes advantage of the “just in time – just enough – just for me” approach by delivering the right content at the time of need. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, learning professionals now have the opportunity to reach their audiences in new and powerful ways, some of which are uniquely mobile. Come and be encouraged about the future of learning.

During this presentation you will learn:

  • Proven strategies for effective mobile learning
  • Delivery options for the mobile platform
  • Initial steps for your first mobile initiative
