No-Show Policy for ATD St. Louis Meetings:
Members and/or guests will have up to 5 days prior to a meeting to cancel. Due to obligations we have with the venue, cancellations not received within this time frame must be charged at the full price. If a member or guest RSVPs and indicates that s/he will pay at the door, then does not attend the meeting, that member or guest will be billed for the cost of the event. You are always welcome to send a substitute if your plans change unexpectedly.

Presenter: Doug Devitre, CSP

Content and delivery has taken a twist in 2015 as the technology now allows us to engage our participants in ways never done before. Join Doug Devitre as he helps us to upgrade our quick access memory, streamline our communication systems, and reveal real-time responsive ways of collaborating with our audience with WIFI or without. Doug will show us how to re-purpose any message through multiple media channels using the latest tools, so you can sell more services, engage at higher levels, and create longer-term impact with your clients and participants.

As a result you will be able to:

Create multiple content types designed for participant interaction (ppt, checklists, video, diagnostic visuals, etc.)
Engage participants using whiteboard technology to solve problems in real time
Choose from a list of recommended tools and technologies to maximize participant engagement and meeting outcomes

Presenter's Bio:
Organizations bring in Doug Devitre, CSP when they want to improve performance in sales, productivity, and marketing using the latest technology. He is a past Entrepreneur of the Year of the University of Missouri-Columbia, inducted into the National Association of Realtors Business Specialties Hall of Fame, and CSP of the National Speakers Association. In October 2015 Doug will be releasing his new book, Screen to Screen Selling: How to Increase Sales, Productivity, and the Customer Experience with the Latest Technology, with McGraw Hill Education.

In Doug’s spare time he enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his wife and new-born daughter.
