Engaging a Changing Workforce

Speaker: Mary Kausch, Chief Alignment Officer, Alignment Partnership and Past President of the ATD St. Louis Chapter.

Workplace demographics are evolving. There are differences with respect to generational motivators and work styles – understanding and honoring those differences is key to organizational success. Do you know what it takes for team members from each of the five generations to be highly motivated, make the RIGHT contributions and flourish? Do your team members understand and honor those differences in each other to create a cohesive, supportive workplace environment?

Engaging a Changing Workforce looks at today’s workforce through a generational lens so you can clearly understand how to nurture – and bring out the best in – your team.  When you intentionally and effectively engage employees from all five generations, you create the perfectly aligned cultural ecosystem that will sustain steady growth and profitability and get the RIGHT results. It’s a new game with new rules and new roles. This program will provide the practical advice, skills, and tools managers and employees need to win in this new game!

As Chief Alignment Officer at Alignment Partnership, the Inner Insight Mary Kausch offers into the dynamics of an inter-generational workplace is one of her unique specialties. She has worked with over 13,000 employees across the United States and Canada to help define generational experiences and how these experiences shape personal values, attitudes and work behavior.

Along with being a dynamic, energetic and engaging speaker and Generational Guru, Mary is a Certified Facilitator in DiSC and iWAM (Inventory for Work Attitude and Motivation) and is Myers-Briggs qualified. Her other specialties include: Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Employee-Relations Expert, Collaborative Facilitator and Educator.

Mary has brought the benefits of her unique training and expertise to numerous organizations such as: SSM Health, Bunge North America, Nortek Global HVAC, BJC Healthcare, 3M, Federal Reserve Bank, Anheuser-Busch and Georgia Tech University … just to name a few.

With a degree in Human Resources and Industrial Communications and over 32 years of Human Resource and Organization Development experience from positions within Health Systems Management, Citicorp, Whirlpool and the Tecumseh Leadership Center, as well as her work as a self-employed, independent collaborative facilitator and speaker, Mary Kausch is more than well qualified to address the unique needs of any organization of any size.
