Becoming a

World Class Leader

We have all been exposed to various types of leaders in the workplace.  However, extensive research shows that those who have really made an impact on our lives share similar patterns of behavior.

Learn those key secrets of becoming a great leader through this extremely interactive workshop based on research conducted by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, co-authors of "The Leadership Challenge."  Their research has shown that while the fundamentals of leadership are the same today as they were in the 1980s, the context in which we lead has changed dramatically.

As leaders, we must be better prepared to deal with heightened uncertainty across the world, technology that is ever changing, a constantly changing workforce made up of multiple generations, ensure that those who work for us and with us share a sense of community.  Peoples’ values and virtues are discussed more openly and leaders are concerned now more than ever about the legacy that they are leaving.  According to Kouzes and Posner, “Leadership is not the private reserve of a few charismatic men and women.  It is a process ordinary people use when they are bringing forth the best from themselves and others.”

Join us to learn more about the best practices that you can personally utilize to continuously develop the leader within you.
