Registration & Study Materials

When registering for the CPTD or APTD and ordering any materials from ATD, please include the chip code CH6012, which will provide financial donation back to the chapter.

This code can be used for all books, materials or workshops you purchase from the national ATD site.

Recertification

The APTD® and CPTD® credentials are valid for three years.

APTDs must earn 40 recertification points and CPTDs must earn 60 recertification points every three years to maintain the credential.

Recertification points may be earned through a variety of activities including continuing education on topics outlined in the ATD Capability Model.

ATD Saint Louis has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials.

Earn recertification points, required to maintain your certification status, by attending ATD Saint Louis chapter events. Points earned can be found on each event's registration page.
