Carrie Addington

Carrie Addington is the Associate Director, learning experience at ATD (Association for Talent Development) where she leads the strategy for the facilitation and learning experience of ATD education programs.

As a business consultant and master facilitator for more than 14 years, Carrie has delivered on topics ranging from energetic accountability, leadership, and great feedback to cross-generational communication, resolving conflict, and specializes in train-the-trainer programs. 

As a global speaker, Carrie has created conversations around Daring Facilitation and overcoming challenging classroom behaviors and is the co-author of Facilitation in Action: Finding Your Authentic Training Style.

She is a part of the coaching network with the prominent, global executive leadership and management company, The Mind Gym and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. As a certified ATD Master Trainer and ATD Master Instructional Designer, Carrie is knowledgeable about both the development and delivery of outcome-based learning programs. She is passionate about using her love of language and the arts to work with individuals on establishing deeper connections with their daily work.

Beat brings over 28 years in technology, and currently leads our talented team of 15 developers to create innovative and high-quality web applications. Beat doesn't just know the answer; he knows the question you should have asked instead.



Ali Carson

Ali is an experienced coach and dynamic facilitator with two decades experience working in all aspects of human resources, learning and development. She is passionate about creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Ali holds several professional certifications, showcasing her dedication to excellence. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she specializes in helping clients discover and maximize their strengths. Ali is also a Results-Certified Brain-Based Coach, bringing tools founded in neuroscience to her strengths-based approach to create impactful coaching and learning experiences for her clients. Prior to founding Movere Coaching, Ali served as a senior leader in talent development for an Am200 law firm and was responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive strategy to develop, coach, engage and retain top-tier talent across the firm’s diverse workforce. Her prior experience also includes progressive leadership roles in learning and organizational development for a large health care system. There she had responsibilities for talent management, leader assessment and coaching, high potential development and organizational development services for the health system.

Outside of the office, Ali is a wife, sister, and mother to two teenagers and one doggie. She enjoys exploring nature through camping trips in the family RV filled with hiking, paddleboarding, and discovering great local restaurants. If she weren’t coaching, her dream job would be hosting her own travel food tv show where she got paid to eat her way around the globe!




Diane Dick

Diane is a dynamic speaker, trainer, and coach with over 32 years of international expertise. She specializes in interactive and actionable presentations centered on safety, leadership, and employee development.

As a dedicated member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, she has worked extensively with individuals at all organizational levels.

Her key strengths lie in cultivating high-performing teams, inspiring employee engagement, empowering influential leaders, and building sustainable cultures.



Steve Hoerner, Motivation Technologies

With a career spent in the technology, sales and marketing fields, Steve has a passion for blending technology and creative pursuits in service of our clients. While he has been trained on Beat’s knowledgebase, Steve is hallucinating most of the time.



Justin Jones-Fosu 

Justin is a full-time daddy of 2 high-energy kids and he also recently summited one the the 7 summits (the tallest mountain on each continent).  He also happens to be a highly sought-after business speaker, social entrepreneur, and meaningful work researcher.  

He is the founder and CEO of Work. Meaningful. were he speaks 50-60 times per year to companies, organizations, and associations in the US and internationally on meaningful work and diversity/inclusion.  He is passionate about helping organizations and individuals take ownership of their mindset, purpose, and performance to achieve amazing results.

His latest book "The Inclusive Mindset: How to cultivate diversity in your everyday live" challenges the reader to see diversity and inclusion as someone they choose to be rather than something they have to do. He is passionate about turning events into memorable experiences with his humorous and engaging delivery as well as his research-based content!



Jonathan Peters, PhD

Jonathan has spent over a decade studying the science and art of motivation and persuasion. As a speaker, he has helped audiences from Melbourne, Australia to Augusta, Maine more effectively communicate with their customers and team-members.

Since joining the Sententia team, he had applied his knowledge and study to make learning more enticing, engaging, and encouraging through gamification. Jonathan is co-author of Deliberate Fun: A Purposeful Application of Game Mechanics to Learning Experiences. He now calls South Padre Island, TX home.



Tri Pham

Enthusiastic, fun, and impactful. The three words that inspire Tri in his work and life. After immigrating to the U.S in 2005, Tri took advantage of the endless opportunities and learned to never settle. With Vietnamese as his native tongue, Tri quickly acquired English and later, double majored in French and International Business. Tri’s passion for development is driven by his desire to help others succeed. He believes that with an enthusiastic attitude, people can become the better version of themselves.

Tri graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology (2020), with a focus in organizational development. With a strong interest in leadership and professional development, Tri joined Dale Carnegie of Missouri in late 2020.

As a certified senior trainer for Dale Carnegie, Tri leads development programs for organizations of all sizes, in various industries including construction, health care, and wholesale distribution. He also gets great sense of fulfillment in coaching and guiding up and coming trainers. Seeing the impact of his work and having the opportunity to connect with individuals from all walks of life are what motivate Tri in his career. In no particular order, Tri loves his dog (Roscoe), playing pickleball, and Celine Dion.





William Rintz 

William Rintz is the UMU’s Global Program Director and a passionate advocate for AI literacy, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations harness the power of AI in their work. He holds a master's degree in workplace training and organizational development. Prior to joining UMU, he worked in both the market research and non-profit industries, where he led the development of the prestigious Rotary Peace Fellowship. In his current role, William helps organizations improve their training programs and empower their employees to navigate AI with confidence.



Tayler Stevens

Tayler Stevens, a Performance Learning Consultant working in Business Development at UMU, is dedicated to helping clients achieve their L&D and training goals by providing innovative and engaging solutions based on Learning Science. Tayler also specializes in guiding organizations to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into their learning ecosystems, enhancing efficiency and learner engagement.



Rhonda Travers

Rhonda Travers is a business-oriented leader recognized for making a positive impact, building teams and talent, and driving results.  As Founder & President of Travers Training & Consulting, she works with businesses and nonprofit organizations to develop tools & techniques needed to increase engagement, retention, and productivity. Rhonda leverages her 30 years of corporate leadership and consulting experience to share her unique approach to training and process improvement through People Advisory Services, Training Workshops, Leadership Development, and Speaking Engagements.

Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. She has fulfilled volunteer management roles over 17 years and currently serves with the following associations: St. Louis Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Board of Governors, Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) Steering Committee, American Club Association (ACA) Chesterfield Business Club Advisory Board, Little Black Book (LBB) - Women in Business, National Speakers Association (NSA) St. Louis Chapter, and TEAM Referral Network Boss Ladies Chapter.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University, Rhonda completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications.
