As learning professionals, we aim for impact. It is our goal to increase human potential through learning. We know the most impactful learning programs fit their learner like a glove. They are purposeful and relevant to the audience. We must approach learning design from a position of empathy, inquiry, and strategy. During this session, we will identify the key mindsets critical to driving learner-centered design. You’ll walk away with the foundation of a plan for improving your design approaches in a more learner-centric way!
