Join us for an amazing opportunity to share a facilitator or participant guidebook that you have created after attending Pat's session on 3/16.  During the workshop we will collaborate and Pat will provide consultative feedback on your guidebook!  

Didn't attend 3/16?  That's okay: Use this workbook to work through the elements of an effective guidebook and create one of your own.  

Please share your guidebook with Pat in advance so that he can review it before the session and provide more meaningful feedback.

Pat has honed the craft of designing, developing, and implementing training courses over 20-plus years. His expertise lies in instructor-led & virtual ILT and ensuring consistency in the development phase and during instruction. Pat works with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and contract designers to elevate their ILT programs through his small family business, Great Circle Learning. 

He recently launched the The L&D Lunch Hour to give back to and learn from the ILT community.

A graduate of Clemson University, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education. He and his wife Ellen live outside Boston with their five children, twelve chickens, an aquarium full of fish, and a pair of dogs.
