Join us for our next Special Interest Group session on AI!  

Amanda Hewitt, VP of Communication and  Jess Mader, President of ATD St. Louis will lead us in a discussion around AI in Learning and Development. This will be an opportunity for participants to share their experience with AI in their role and learn from peers. Whether you have lots of experience with AI or you are just starting to explore, we would love you to join the conversation. This will be an impactful conversation for any L&D role.   

During this session we will: 

• Explore practical application of AI in Learning & Development (L&D) to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency
• Discuss best practices for leveraging AI tools and technologies to optimize learning outcomes within organizations
• Introduce participants to ChatGPT and demonstrate how it can be utilized to enhance L&D initiatives, fostering engagement and personalized learning experiences
