Katie McDuffie, CPTD® is an energetic Talent and Development professional with over 20 years experience as either an instructor or leader. Currently, she provides quality training programs, classes, and 1:1 coaching opportunities for all employees throughout Safety National. She's experienced in Instructor Led Training, Public Speaking, Team Coaching, Employee Mentoring, Leadership Development, Communication, IT, and Human Resources. Katie currently serves as the VP of Finance on the ATD STL Board of Directors.
