She is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Management at Duke University. Her work has reached more than 175,000 people over the past 20+ years and is a past member of the ATD international board of directors and an SME for ATD's Body of Knowledge. She’s an experienced international speaker, belonging researcher, and author.
