Overcoming Learner Zoom Fatigue and Information Overload

We are hearing more and more about Zoom Fatigue and the fact that our learners are inundated with information...more information than they can even process. 

As learning professionals, what can we do to combat this phenomenon, knowing that we still need to lead virtual training and communicate content in innovative ways?  

During this month's facilitator SIG, Jess Mader will lead the group through peer sharing and networking on what's working to overcome these challenges and how to create an impactful learning environment and resources.    

Jess Mader is our St. Louis ATD Chapter VP of Professional Development.  She recently completed her Master Trainer Certification through ATD and is a Senior Trainer Development Specialist at Edward Jones.  She started as a high school English Teacher and has been facilitating in a corporate setting for 16 years.
