Culture. It's a big deal in our profession. Just about every organization claims to have a good one. Attend this luncheon presentation to learn about how we are winning at culture.

Presenter Bio

Jennifer started her career in organizational development (OD) as a recruiter, career counselor, and career center director at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri where she also taught courses in business communication and public speaking. In 2001, after nine years in higher education, she followed her dream of entrepreneurship by owning and operating her own OD consulting firm for seven years. This experience afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively, deliver keynote speeches and develop customized learning and OD solutions for her customers in various innovative industries.

In 2009, her career took an exciting turn to banking. In this new role as a Learning & Development Manager, Jennifer designed and built from the ground up the learning and development function at a mid-sized community bank. She focused on the learning needs people had in the areas of new product launches, sales, compliance, leadership, management, performance management, new employee orientation, and mentoring.

In 2014, she joined RAF as a Learning and Development Partner for Loan Operations. Currently, she serves as the L&D team leader and really loves the people she serves at RAF.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and a Master's Degree in Speech Communication & Organizational Development. Jennifer is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force where she served as an administrative assistant to a two-star General and a paralegal in the Judge Advocate's Office.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys reading, yoga, being with her grown kids, and sending hand-written letters to her friends.
