This session will validate some essential concepts from the DEI canon to enable and encourage LED professionals to strategically and methodically normalize belonging through self-awareness, social awareness, and the curation of content.

As a result of this session:

• Participants will create a personal mission statement from which to individually contribute to a culture of belonging
• Participants will consider design and development strategies of inclusion for future learning experiences.
