Dr. Christi Phillips

Join Christi Phillips, Ph.D., co-author of FranklinCovey’s new release, Change: How to Turn Uncertainty into Opportunity for an impactful discussion on leading change.

The book was written for all leaders at every level in all types of industries and organizations who are invited to examine our relationships with change and discover how our teams (and families) fall into the set of predictable change patterns and reactions.

We’ll talk about how to use the Captain’s Corners; the embedded tactical leadership guides for assessing important aspects of change. They’re great for professional development, managing up and 1:1 coaching. We’ll talk about how to you use them to advance changes you’re working on.

Come with a change scenario in mind so we can put the tools to use.
