The purpose behind this SIG is to network with individuals that lead the L&D or OD function at their respective organizations. This is a great opportunity to network, share ideas and best practices.

Topic: Roundtable Discussion- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives

Overview: 

This will be a roundtable discussion around DE&I initiatives that you have launched at your organization. We will discuss topics including but not limited to:

-Describe the current initiatives you have in place around the topic of DE&I. What went well? What were lessons learned?

-What has been the impact on the culture at your organization?
