Have you ever struggled with how to measure the impact of training?

Do you often feel you have to “prove” training is working and there is a clear return on your investment?

If so, join Jacqueline Wilson, from Dale Carnegie, for an interactive hour as we learn from each other and explore:

  1. The three phases of performance change and discover where to focus to support behavioral change
  2. How to overcome the challenges of measuring training
  3. Practical application for measuring training impact using the Kirkpatrick Model

Want to keep the conversation going?  Join us after the session (1:00-1:30 Central) for an informal discussion on the topic and networking with Learning and Development Professionals.

Jacqueline Wilson, VP or Client Engagement for Dale Carnegie, is known for her passion and energy while leading others to success.

Coaching others to their very best is what drives Jacqueline Wilson.

Jacqueline's relationship with Dale Carnegie began in 2003 in South Dakota, where her responsibilities included both sales and training for the Omaha Nebraska office.  With her move to St Louis in 2006, she continued her relationship as an adjunct trainer for the St Louis office.

For the next decade, she worked at Edward Jones as a Trainer Development Specialist. She returned full-time to the Dale Carnegie office in 2019 and now leads client engagements in both a sales and training capacity. She works with individuals from a variety of industries and at all levels to develop leadership, management, communication, and sales skills.
