Leadership Development
Using the 3rd Generation DiSC Assessment

Demand for good leadership has never been greater – from the executive suite to the work floor and everywhere in between. This special webinar/workshop event will focus on the using the newest release of the DiSC® model and its foundational 8 dimensions of leadership for leadership development.

This blended learning experience begins with a two hour webinar that addresses important aspects of the new Everything DiSC® model, recent research, and training/coaching applications.  As follow up to the webinar, each participant will then complete an on-line Work of Leaders assessment which they will print and bring with them to the face to face session.*

One week later, in a face-to-face three hour workshop, we will expand on this as we explore the Work of Leaders process and assessment as well as trainer/coach tips for using this and other DiSC® assessments.  We will also reflect on how trainers can use blended learning formats in their training and coaching.

Key benefits for learning and development professionals:

  • Learn/review the new Everything DiSC® model of behavior –  recent upgrades and new information
  • Participate in a technology-assisted blended learning format to consider using in your own training
  • Gain insights into your own leadership style – leading classes, leading projects, leading teams
  • Identify pointers and trainer tips for using the DiSC® Work of Leaders report for training and coaching

Webinar Jan 19th, 9-11am

Workshop Jan 26th, 1-4pm

* The DiSC® Work of Leaders profile report contains specific best practices in leadership. This profile will introduce participants to the 8 leadership dimensions and help them identify how to stretch into a preferred behavior when the situation calls for it. Participants will also have the option of downloading additional sample DiSC® reports of their choice.
