Join the conversation as we explore our very own relationship with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as leaders. 

We often talk about the importance of DEI in leadership. However, many times we are focused on the D part, and very little is discussed about the E&I. 

Let’s talk about that.  What does it mean to us? 

What are we doing now or would like to do in the future?  

How does D & E & I fit into our own personal leadership development?

Daren Curry, MEd, MBA

Helping people and organizations to thrive is in Daren’s DNA. During his lifetime, he’s had a creative mindset, insatiable curiosity, and desire to serve. 

He was into Legos before it was cool and that kid always asking ‘why’. That led to a career in strategic learning and development, where he gets to partner with others to innovate and transform by building programs that solve problems and help people succeed. 

Daren’s background includes organizational development, systems and technology, learning program management, service and support. His specialties allow him to improve the experience, process, and effectiveness while making connections, facilitating solutions, ensuring impact, and bridging the gap between people and tech. 

Colleagues value his resilient and grateful nature as an authentic leader, collaborative communicator, and cross-cultural navigator. Daren has an MEd that focused on adult learning and technology, and an MBA focused on operations and systems. He also has certificates in Change Management, Agile Leadership, Management and Leadership, and Assessments. 

Daren is a huge fan of the 11-Time World Champion St. Louis Cardinals. For him, heaven is a ballgame and hot dog on a lazy afternoon. Daren welcomes the chance to connect on LinkedIn.
