Join us as Senior Developer Erica Ruchman pulls back the curtain on the PowerPoint techniques and strategies graphic designers use to create better, more engaging presentations.

Erica will kick off our session with an orientation introducing key PowerPoint design functions such as Master Slides and layouts to help you create repeatable, rapidly integrated compositions.

Next, she'll cover the image and icon tools to help you crop, recolor, and design like a pro.

Finally, Erica will cover some of the high-level visual design strategies that will help you make more memorable, more effective slide decks that will have people asking for your templates again and again.

    Speaker Bio:

    Erica is a learning experience and graphic designer who has served as a Senior Developer for companies such as IBM, FICO, and Edward Jones. She has been hooked on graphic design ever since coding her first Myspace page with sweet background music. Prior to transitioning to Instructional Design, Erica taught rhetoric, research, and writing as an adjunct and lecturer at several San Diego Universities. She lives in Burbank, California with her 11-year-old daughter.
