Making E-Learning Stick

Barbara will be presenting her "standing room only" session from the ASTD international conference last month.

Please join Barbara Carnes for our June event!

They took the e-learning class or the webinar, but are they using it? Why do some trainees use what they learn in e-learning and webinars while others merely check the box?

This energetic session will share the latest research on training transfer in technology-supported training, and step-by-step tips for at least 9 practical, research-tested techniques that designers and instructors can begin using immediately to make their e-learning and webinars stick.
