Instructional Designer SIG: Storyline or Rise?

Storyline or Rise?  That is the Question.

Which tools are you using to develop content?  What is your preference? When should Storyline be used instead of Rise and vice versa?

SIGs are an opportunity for us to collaborate with other Learning and Development professionals.  Be prepared to share challenges, experiences, and ideas!
