The Learning & Development space is filled with complex projects – multi-step, multi-week initiatives that often involve cross-functional groups. Despite our experience working on and leading projects, few of us in L&D have been given the tools to successfully navigate the potential roadblocks and pitfalls common in complex initiatives.

In this session, you will learn the principles of agile project management and how to apply them to real-life L&D projects. You will also identify the role a Project Manager plays and learn how you and your team can minimize obstacles and influence a project’s success.
