We’ll walk through a few strategies and tools for building, launching, and facilitating your elective programs in such a way that they can and will be utilized by learners, and ultimately have the intended impact. Speaker:  Miranda Carls is an Account Manager and Senior Learning Strategist at Vivayic, a firm that partners with clients to execute on high-consequence initiatives that drive important objectives. Vivayic engages with clients through strategy, program design, and learning experience development. She worked as an internal L&D Manager and program developer for a large non-profit before joining the Vivayic team in 2012.

Miranda is a professional coach and a “people developer” at heart, prescribing to the core belief that impactful teaching begins with authentic connection and a deep knowledge of our learners. She has put her passion into practice helping organizations put together programs that consider both the organizational needs and the learner’s habits and goals.

Although Vivayic is a national company with a workforce spanning from California to Florida, Miranda is a lifelong Missourian, residing with her husband and three young sons in Wentzville, MO.
