Take a journey with us to produce an actual e-Learning course script, weaving in and out of some useful AI tools and best practices along the way. We’re excited to be back again this year to share what’s new in the current landscape of AI and show how to use some of the latest tools in practical ways.

Session Title: Creating Harmony & Rhythmic Flow Within & Around Us

Using a harp, resonance and evidence-based research, Amy reveals how each individual’s unique lived experiences influences the harmony and rhythmic flow within and around them.

As participants begin to recognize the fullness of each individual, and the underlying human condition that connects us, unexpected bridges appear that transform chaotic uncomfortable environments into more tolerable, compassionate, and harmonious ones.

Participants will learn what empathy truly is—and what it is not. Empathy goes beyond merely repeating back what you think you heard someone say. It's about leaning into our own vulnerability while choosing to seek to understand others. Session Title: The Gamer's Mindset: How to Gamify Your Personal and Professional Goal

We all want to achieve our personal and professional goals. With all good intentions, we set out to be successful in achieving our desired results. Then...you know what happens...life gets in the way. Obstacles, distractions, procrastination, lack of motivation...you name it. Something diverts our attention, and we lose our focus. Once that happens, it's hard to get back on track. In this session, you'll learn how to apply "The Gamer's Mindset" and design and play a goal strategy that is as engaging as a video game.

Learning Objectives:

1. Learn how to leverage gamification strategies and behavioral design techniques game designers use to tap into intrinsic motivation to help you stay focused.

2. Identify simple actions you can take to gain traction on achieving personal and professional goals.

3. Understand how to activate your inner Game Player.

4. Gain confidence in knowing you can achieve your goals with a proven game plan that simplifies execution of goal achievement with Quests.



Session Title: Get Out of the Way: Don't Block the Learner's Journey

Leverage the passive facilitation approach with thoughtful ingenuity to create a more effective learning environment that benefits the learner by focusing on their experience, while simplifying the role of the designer and trainer by emphasizing actions with the greatest return on implementation (ROI). In this session you will gain experience in designing learning events around the learner, having the learner “do the work” to reap the benefit. Avoid doomed training practices where participants will not participate, and learners will not learn. Create fun inviting learning environments that ensure the learner will leave with your message and a smile on their face.

Learning Objectives:

1. Define the failure of traditional “Teaching” approaches using lectures and dry readings.

2. Break down common learning traps that disrupt and deflate learning environments.

3. Demonstrate simple methods used to create learner-centric activities that accurately synthesize real-world applications.

Session Title: Awkward to Opportunity: Boost Productivity, Diversity and Collaboration with Cultural Intelligence

Employees won't speak up in your workplace if they feel sidelined, especially those who have been historically marginalized. This can be because of differences of nationality, race, gender, generation, religion, orientation, disability and/or being unhoused. In this interactive program, participants discover why and how diversity and safety work when cultural intelligence is present. Participants will learn essential vocabulary and three skills needed to ensure no one in the organization feels sidelined or silenced.

Join this interactive session to play with elements of onboarding and get some clues about gamifying the virtual onboarding experience for remote employees, which will positively impact any organization's business objectives related to engagement, retention and compliance.

After completing this session, you will be able to: 

1. Identify five basic concepts of gamification which apply to onboarding remote employees in virtual learning spaces 

2. Assess the elements of onboarding remote employees for opportunities to incorporate gamification
