In today's business landscape, we are facing the lowest unemployment rate in years. Companies are not only having difficulty finding the best hire, but they are losing good employees. We will discuss how L&D can make an impact on lowering turnover, increasing employee engagement, and providing more career opportunities by using one tool, the employee assessment.

Kallie Klein has over 15 years of talent management strategy experience and a track record of providing dynamic assessment services with game changing results for companies and individuals. She previously worked as an Account Manager at Performance Assessment Network (PAN), providing clients with Enterprise-Wide assessments and the tools necessary to increase retention and employee engagement. Kallie works with Senior Leadership in companies who have a discerning awareness about placing best candidates in the right position and keeping excellent employees.

Kallie is a Certified Professional with Extended DISC and Certified Coach with Outmatch Assessments.
